Nutrition

Hello

When it comes to nutrition i believe in the 80/20 rule. 80% Whole foods, 20% soul foods. I do not like to see foods as 'good' or 'bad', some foods simply just hold less nutritional value.  

As a client you will learn to  to track your calories. Learning the nutritional value of food is a skill you will use for life. At Her Space we are creating LONG LASTING RESULTS, therefor i refuse to give any client a cookie cutter meal plan. I do not believe in a one size fits all approach.

Training

Gone are the days trying to burn fat by sitting on the cardio equipment hours on end. Resistance training is an effective tool in order to tone up, slim down and create curves. My workouts range from 45 minutes to 1 hour, you will be in and out of the gym in no time (i understand you have a life outside of the gym). 

The programs I have created have been designed in order for you to build curves & tone up, leaving you feeling strong & confident! My programs have been put into 4 week blocks, meaning you can focus on technique and increasing load before you move onto the next phase of the plan!

I have in fact trialled all my programs & have used them over the years in order to help shape my body the way i want it.

Now i want to help other women also achieve their body goals!
